يوضح أسباب وسبل التحكم في                                                في زيادة أسعار الألبان و اللحوم و الدواجن المحلية

بما أن جمعيتنا ينتمي إليها العديد من مهنيي الطب البيطري,فيمكننا القول بأن من  الأسباب الأساسية وراء زيادة هذه الأسعار هو فوضوية قطاع البيطرة و غياب القوانين التي تراعي معايير الجودة و الإنتاج و السلامة الصحية للمنتجات الحيوانية المخصصة للاستهلاك البشري,و الشلل الذي أصاب القطاع منذ 2017 بعد دمجه مع قطاع الزراعة, مما يجعل بائعي هذه المنتجات لا يحسون بوجود الرقابة الفنية عليهم و لا غرابة في زيادتهم لأسعار سلعهم حسب أهوائهم و دون مراعاة لصحة المستهلكين وظروفهم المادية,وربما يزداد الوضع سوءا في المستقبل باستمرار ظهور التعيينات غير الفنية في تسيير المرافق الحيوية في القطاع و التي تخص هذه المنتجات مما يمنع ديمومة و استمرار التطــــور الإيـــجابي في هذا القـــطاع.
وفي ذات السياق و للتخفيف من معانات المواطنين  وفي  مقدمتها البيطريين ,من ارتفاع هذه السلع الاستهلاكية وتوفير منتج يخضع للمعايير الفنية, كان لزاما علينا كمجتمع مدني تنوير الرأي العام و الجهات المعنية كل حسب دوره ,بضرورة اتخاذ الإجراءات التالية للتحكم في هذه المنتجات بشكل إيجابي على الناحية المادية و الصحية للمستهلك الموريتاني:
- ضرورة حماية المستهلك نفســــه بالتوعيــــة و الإطلاع على الأسعار ورفض أي زيادة غير مبررة.
-    ضرورة التنسيق بين قطاعي البيطرة و التجارة لإصدار قانون مشترك وبشكل مستعجل            يحمى المستهلك صحيا ,و يجعل للبيطريين العموميين حق مراقبة أسعار هذه المنتجات لمساعدة              حمايــــة المستهلك في هذا المــــجال.
- توقيف التعيينات غير الفنية في قطاع البيطرة,والاعتماد على كفاءات القطاع مع مراعاة أنه         مع التوجه الجديد للدولة يجعل هذه المنتجات سلاح ذو حدين يمكنه زيادة الإنتاج بدون ضرر      على صحــة المستهلك و ظروفــه الماديــة  أو العكس في حالـــة عدم احتـــرام التوصيات المذكورة.
- إشراك الجمعيات الأهلية الناشطة في قطاع البيطرة ,للعب دورها في تحقيق الأهداف العامة المنشودة لتطوير و ترقية ثروتنا الحيوانية ,و درء سلبيات هذا التطــــور على المستهلك الموريـتاني.
