في يوم  الأربعاء الموافق ل 01/02/2023 غير بعيد من "مستشفى الكسور" قرب كرفور صباح 
اشتبهت فرقة البحث و التدخل في وسيلة نقل ثلاثية العجلات تحمل كمية من عبوات الماء سعة 20 لتر  اتضح بعد معاينتها أنها مليئة بزيوت المطبخ المستعملة 
استفسرت الفرقة عن الغرض من جمع هذه الكمية و ما هي وجهتها 
ليجيبهم السائق بعفوية أنه متجه الى مخبزة حلويات أو مصنع للصابون 
عندها تولدت شكوك عند رئيس الفرقة 
اتصل على رئيس المكتب و أبلغه بالقضية أصدر رئيس المكتب أوامره بحجز الكمية حتى يتضح أمرها .

في صبيحة اليوم الموالي الموافق ل 02/02/2023  تم فتح تحقيق في القضية  قادنا الى مصدر الحمولة من الزيوت المستعملة الذي ما كان الا مطعماً فاخراً على شارع المختار ول داداه في مقاطعة تفرغ زينة يحمل اسم : دجاج كنتاكي 
عند معاينة المطعم اكتشفنا بالصدفة أكياس بوزن 20 كلغ من زبدة زيت النخيل تحمل اسم ( بامين )ماليزية المنشأ منتهية الصلاحية 
تم انتاجها 24/10/2020 
و تنتهي صلاحيتها في 23/10/2022
استدعينا مسير المطعم و سألناه عن مخزون المطعم 
بعد أن أوهمناه بحل القضية ودياً في حالة تعاونه معنا 
بعد شدٍ و جذب قادنا الى مخزن يقع في الطابق الثاني من المطعم لنجد كمية معتبرة من أكياس زبدة زيت النخيل  وزن 20 كلغ تقدر با 800 كيس و هو ما يعادل 16 طنا تقريبا 
هذه الكمية و حسب مسؤول المطبخ يتم تذويب 10 كلغ منها يوميا في وعاء حراري مخصص لقلي الدجاج و البطاطس يتم استعمالها لمدة أربع الى ثلاثة أيام بعدها يتم وضع الكمية المستعملة في أوعية الماء سعة 20لتر ليتم تسويقها للمطاعم الصغرى و  مخابز الحلويات 
كل هذا و الكمية منتهية الصلاحية أصلاً .
أحطنا علما رئيس المكتب بدهاليز القضية و تطوراتها 
و بعد دقائق معدودة  أصدر تعليماته بوضع اليد على جوازات سفر المسؤولين و كمية الزيوت و غلق المطعم و وضعه تحت المراقبة الجمركية الشيء الذي تم تنفيذه حرفيا .
