حصيلة عمل إدارة حماية المستهلك خلال شهر يوليو 2021

قالت وزارة التجارة والصناعة والصناعة التقليدية والسياحة في حصيلة نشرتها اليوم على صفحتها أنه في إطار القضاء على الممارسات الضارة بالمستهلك, قامت إدارة حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش والمندوبيات الجهوية بمعالجة العديد من المخالفات داخل الاسواق وقد تميز هذا الشهر بمايلي :
- وفرة المواد الغذائية الأساسية
- نقص مادة زيت الطهي في الأسواق مما أدى إلى ارتفاع سعره
- معالجة المضاربات والاحتكار داخل الأسواق
- مصادرة وإتلاف كميات من المواد منتهية الصلاحية
- متابعة المخزون والحرص على توفير المواد الأساسية في الأسواق
-تفاعل المواطنين مع الإدارة من خلال تبليغ الشكايات
الحصيلة بالأرقام:
وأضافت أن فرق حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش والمندوبيات الجهوية أجرت خلال شهر يوليو 154 جولة داخل الأسواق اسفرت عن 1867 عملية تفتيش للمحلات والمجازر والمجمعات التجارية تم خلالها رصد 856 من المخالفات موزعة كما يلي :
✓ 216 : عدم علانية الأسعار
✓ 287 : بدون فواتير
✓ 245 : احتكار ومضاربات في الأسعار
✓ 108 : مواد منتهية الصلاحية
✓ 217 : شكاية وصلت رقم الإدارة وأرقام المندوبيات الجهوية تم التعامل معها
✓ 85 : محلا تجاريا تم غلقه
✓ تمت مصادرة 12 طن من المواد منتهية الصلاحية.
