عبر منتدى حماية المستهلك الموريتاني عن تثمينه لخطة الحكومية لتخفيض الأسعار والتي أعلن عنها مجلس الوزارء في اجتماعه الأخير

وشدد البيان على أهمية الرقابة والمتابعة لتنفيذ الخطة وحتى لا تكون كسابقاتها وطالب بادراج الخبز ضمن المواد المدعومة باعتباره عصب الاستهلاك وفيما يلي نص البيان :

تشرفنا اليوم في منتدى المستهلك الموريتاني بدعوة من وزارة التجارة والصناعة والسياحة لشرح مضامين الخطة الحكومية الأخيرة لتخفيض الأسعار والتي أعلن عنها بعد اجتماع مجلس الوزراء الأربعاء 8 سبتمبر 2021 ومع تثميننا لأي إجراءات من شأنها التحفيف من وطأة الغلاء والرفع من المستوى المعيشي للمواطن الموريتاني بعدما وصل الحضيض إلا أننا نسجل جملة من الملاحظات والتي تم إبداؤها اليوم في لقائنا مع الأمينة العامة لوزارة التجارة إلى جانب بعض من الجمعيات العاملة في مجال حماية المستهلك علي مستوي مقاطعات نواكشوط
1-أن الجمعيات لم تشرك في العملية منذ بدايتها وبالتالي يظل حكمها على مدى نجاعتها ناقصا مادامت لا تتوفر لديها كل المعطيات وتجهل الخلفيات والمنطلقات التي قامت عليها الخطة
2-إن المشكل ليس في الخطط ولا القرارات الرشيدة وإنما الخلل يكمن في التنفيذ ومتابعة سير العملية والتأكد من فعاليتها وهو ما لم تقدم مؤشرات جادة على القيام به وبالتالي لا يمكن التكهن بأن تكون العملية أفضل من سابقاتها للاسف اذالم توفر آليات جديدة علي مستوي تنظيم وضبط الاسواق والمتاجر
3-إن عدم منح مهلة لتطبيق الخطة الجديدة من شأنه إرباك السوق وإضعاف حماسة التجاروتقليص ثقة المستهلك الذي بدأ من اليوم يعلق آماله على تطبيق الخطة الجديدة ويطلب من السلطات الوفاء بالتزاماتها على مستوى معاقبة المخالفين وفرض التسعيرة الجديدة
4-رغم تثميننا لإضافة بعض المواد الجديدة إلى المواد المشمولة سابقا بالدعم إلا أن تجاهل الخبز عصب الاستهلاك لا يمكن استثناؤه من عمليات الدعم الحكومي.

5- سنسعي في منتدي المستهلك ومن خلال لجاننا المختلفة وفروعنا في الداخل ومن خلال منصاتنا التفاعلية للتحسيس بالاسعار الجديدة باعتبارها مكسبا مهما يبني عليه في خفض الاسعار.
