من اجل توفير المياه والكهرباء .......
على الحكومة ان توفر المياه والكهرباء من خلال اولا اصلاح حقيقي لشركتي المياه والكهرباء ويشمل ذلك الإصلاح زيادة ميزانية الشركتين حتى تتمكن كل واحدة منهما من توفير الخدمة على المستوى الوطنى ، ومراجعة الهيكلة والبنية الإدارية للشركتين وحل مشاكل اليد العاملة التى تزيد على 3000 عامل بين الشركتين.
فيجب على الحكومة وقف ظاهرة المقاولة من الباطن التى تمارس فى هاتين الشركتين ،فهناك خصوصيين تم التعاقد معهم من قبل شركة المياه فى مجال التشغيل
كما ان هناك خصوصيين يتولون تسيير المياه والكهرباء فى الوسط الريفي وكلهم يجنون ارباحا خيالية على حساب الشركتين وعلى حساب المواطن البسيط .
ومن هنا على الحكومة ان تفك كل تلك العقود وتحيل تسيير المياه والكهرباء فى الوسط الريفي للسكان من خلال شراكة بين السكان والشركتين . وتلزم الشركتين بإكتتاب كل العمال وفك التعاقد مع جميع الخصوصيين ، حتى تكون علاقة الشركتين بعمالهما مباشرة دون وسيط ، الشئ الذي سيساعد فى تحسين الخدمة من خلال الرقابة المباشرة على العمال الذين يشرفون على تقديمها للمواطن.
