المنتدى يطالب بآليات أفضل لنقل وتخزين وعرض اللحوم (بيان)

بيان
إن من مظاهر الاستخفاف بصحة المستهلكين، والتغاضي عن مطالب الارتقاء بحقوقهم السماح بنقل اللحوم بطرق بدائية على أسطح السيارات أو في صناديقها الخلفية وبشكل مكشوف يعرضها للغبار والأتربة والتلوث والحرارة.
إننا في منتدى المستهلك الموريتاني نطالب السلطات بوضع حد لمثل هذه الممارسات البدائية والبدوية في التعامل مع منتوجات استهلاكية حيوية كالألبان واللحوم والتي ينبغي أن تنقل وتعرض وتحفظ في ظروف خاصة حتى لا تفسد وتتلف.
والمنتدى إذ يستهجن استمرار بعض الممارسات غير المقبولة في الوسط الحضري من قبيل نقل اللحوم في حاويات الشاحنات وسيارة نصف النقل وحتى على العربات فإنه يحمل السلطات العمومية مسؤولية انتشار مثل هذه الطرق البدائية في نقل اللحوم.
إن فوضى المسالخ وغياب الرقابة وانتهازية بعض محلات الجزارة وتدني الوعي الصحي والمدني عوامل بارزة وراء بقاء هذه الممارسات البدائية وبقدر التصدي ومعالجة كل من هذه العوامل يكون القضاء عليها.
ولا يسعنا ختاما إلا أن ننوه بتحسن وسائل نقل الألبان الطازجة لدى بعض الشركات المحلية والتي وفرت حاويات تبريد مغلقة لنقل الألبان وتوزيعها على نقاط البيع مما يساهم في الاحتفاظ بجودة هذه الألبان وصلاحيتها حتى تصل إلى المستهلكين، وهو ما نرجو أن تحذو حذوه محلات الجزارة ومنافذ بيع اللحوم الطازجة في نواكشوط.
