حذر البروفسور الشيخ محمد الحافظ الدهاه من استخدام علب البلاستيك في كأوعية للأغذية مؤكدا خطر إعادة تدويرها.وأضاف في ندوة حول سلامة الغذاء هذا المساء الاحد 19 مارس2024 ببلدية توجنين من الدجاج المستورد والأسراف في استهلاك اللحوم الحمراء مما يزيد من حالات الإصابة بالفشل الكلوي.
ودعا إلى الاعتدال وعدم الإسراف في رمضان فالعبرة بالقيمة الغذائية وليس بالكم مؤكدا أهمية البدء بالفواكه قبل الوجبة الرئيسية عل خلاف الشائع
وقدم الدكتور في مداخلته أمام العشرات من قادة المجتمع المدني ورؤساء الجمعيات غير الحكومية نصائح للأغذية السليمة في رمضان من خلال الأفكار بالتمر والاكثار من السوائل وممارسة الرياضة غير المجهدة مع تجنب السهر وأخذ قسط من الراحة خلال ساعات الليل.
من جانبه وصف الدكتور محمد الخديم جمال الدواجن المحلية وطرق تجهيزها بالقنابل المؤقتة محذرا من استهلاكها بل وفضل الدجاج المستورد متى ما هيئت له وسائل الحفظ السليم خاصة في نواكشوط ونواذيبو على الدجاج المحلي.
وتعرض الدكتور جمال في مداخلته للاشتراطات البيطرية والمحاذير الصحية المرتبطة بالصباح مثل عدم تخثر دماء الذبيحة أو وجود التصاقاتها للأحشاء أو تغير في لون الكبد أو الامعاء وكل علامات على عدم صلاحية لحوم الذبيحة للاستهلاك الآدمي.
وقد أدار الندوة التي تدخل في إطار الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للمستهلك رئيس المجلس العلمي بمنتدى المستهلك الموريتاني الدكتور لكويري لكرع والذي حذر بدوره من مخاطر التلوث الكيميائي والذي يصيب الجسم بالتسمم البطيء وبالتالي قد لا تكتشف مخاطره إلا بعد فوات الأوان مؤكدا خطورة التوسع الفوضوي في استخدام الزئبق والمبيدات الحشرية والمنظفات.
وقد عقب على الندوة الأمين العام لمنتدى المستهلك الخليل ولد خيري حيث شكر الحضور خاصة الدكاترة الذين أنعشوا الندوة وردوا على تساؤلات الجمهور كما عبر عن امتنان المنتدى لبلدية توجنين لاحتضانها هذا النشاط وتوجه بشكر خاص لرؤساء الجمعيات الذين حضروا النشاط وشاركوا في إثراء الندوة مؤكدا مضي المنتدى في حمل مشعل الوعي والازوير بأهدافه في ترقية حقوق المستهلك الموريتاني والدفاع عن مصالحه.#منتدي_المستهلك
