نظم المنتدى مساء السبت 8 يوليو 2023 ندوة تحسيسية حول بعض المستجدات كوضعية الاسعار و مشاكل الصرف الصحي و شكاوي متعلقة بخدمات شركات الاتصال

فى بداية الندوة تناول الامين العام موضوع وضعية الاسعار وماعرفته بعض السلع من انخفاض لم ينعكس على الواقع الميدانى وابرز ان مادتي الزيوت و الفارين شهدت اسعارهما انخفاضا كبيرا حيث انخفض سعر بيدون 20 لتر من الزيت من 13000 الى 7700 و انخفض طن الفارين من 240.000 الى 165000 و لكن هذا الانخفاض لم تتجاوب معه حوانيت السقط وبعض الاسواق حيث لازالت تنبيع بالاسعار القديمة قبل الانخفاض

وبين الامين العام كذلك ان هناك كثيرمن السلع لم تنخفض اسعارها بل لازالت محتكرة من بعض التجار مثل سلع الشاي و الكازوال وغلوريا رغم الانخفاض الكبير لاسعار النقل بحدود 70فى المائه كل ذلك فى غياب تام لدور الدولة فى الرقابة والمتابعة

و فى المحور الثانى تحدث الدكتور لكويري الهيب لكرع عن الوضعية المزرية لسكان العاصمة بعد التساقطات الاخيرة داعيا الى حل جذري لهذه الوضعية المتكررة منذ سنوات عديدة ثم عرج على المخاطر الصحية لغياب الرقابة على المواد الغذائية داعيا الى تسريع عمل الوكالة المنشاة اخيرا والى اجراء دراسات علمية حول اسباب انتشار الامراض السرطانية فى البلد .

بدوره تناول الكلام الاستاذ محمد ولد الطيب مبينا الشكاوي الواردة على المنتدى بخصوص عملية التسجيل البيومترى وما صاحبها من ظروف تضر مصالح المستهلك داعيا شركات الاتصال الى احترام حقوق المستهلك وتوفير اماكن ملائمة للتسجيل ومكافحة اساليب الاحتيال و التسجيل مقابل مبالغ مالية التى تعرض لها بعض المستهلكين 

وفى ختام الندوة ذكر الاخ محمد خون بالحقوق الثمانية للمستهلك داعيا المستهلك و الجهات المعنية الى الالتزام بها و حمايتها وفق اتفاقيات الامم المتحدة فى هذا الخصوص.
