التأمت مساء اليوم الاحد 21 يناير 2024 الجمعية العمومية الاستثنائية للمنتدى بحضور 26 من اعضائها وكان جدول الاعمال
-تقرير الامين العام عن الفترة الماضية
_التقرير الرقابى
-تجديد الهيئات
وبعد الافتتاح من طرف الامين العام الاخ الخليل خيرى بدات مداولات الجمعية بانتخاب لجنة ثلاثية لادارة اعمالها تتالف من السادة

بعد ذلك قدم الامين المنصرف تقريره
وكذلك قدم التقرير الرقابى من طرف رئيس مجلس الادارة السيد محمدن اجدود
ثم طلب رئيس الجلسة اقتراح لجنة تعيين للهيئات وقدمت 4 اقتراحات ليحوز الاقتراح الاول المكون من السادة

اميمينة متالى وحاز على اغلبية 21 صوتا
بعد ذلك شرع المؤتمرون فى نقاش التقارير وتركزت المداخلات و النقاشات على مايلى
-ضرورة سحب وطباعة تقرير الامين العام
-,اهمية كتابة التقرير الرقابى وعدم الاكتفاء به شفويا
-مواصلة الجهود من طرف المكتب الجديد
-تفعيل العلاقة مع جهة الوصاية
-وضع الية فعالة للانتساب
-ضرورة استشعار التحديات الكبيرة للمستهلك
-مراعاة الجوانب. الفنية فى العمل
-ضرورة الرقابة و المتابعة
وفى ختام الجمعية قدمت لجنة التعيين. المقترحات التالية
